The National League will continue to pursue its 3UP campaign, with a statement of intent over a selection of fixtures this weekend.
The campaign , launched in February, sees all 72 clubs in the National League and National League North and South look to have a third place made available for promotion to the Football League.

As of now, only the winners of the National League and the play-offs are promoted to League Two, but the idea would be to allow another spot for fifth teams made available.
For the next stage of the campaign, Saturday, 15 November has been declared 3UP Day of Action, and to support the campaign, all twelve of the National League fixtures will kick off at 3.03 pm instead of their traditional 3pm slot.
The step is in response to the EFL Board’s unchanged stance on 3UP and their continued refusal to formally consult on the matter of allowing a third promotion spot for the National League.
