Is this the weekend that Manchester City officially celebrates winning the Premier League title?
The Sky Blues have two opportunities to seal the title, as either a City win against against Chelsea or an Arsenal loss at Nottingham Forest would put Pep Guardiola's side out of reach.
Meanwhile, the race for the Champions League has narrowed to three teams fighting over the two remaining spots (with City and Arsenal having locked up the other two weeks ago). Newcastle, Manchester United and Liverpool all have designs on one of those two berths, although Liverpool would need to continue their red-hot form and hope for one of the other teams to slip up if the Reds are to finish in the top four.
At the bottom of the table, four clubs are looking to avoid joining Southampton in dropping to the Championship. Leicester City and Leeds United are currently in the relegation zone, but a positive result this weekend could see either side jump over Everton and closer to Forest heading into next week's final matchday.
