The final week of November was an eventuful one in the Premier League, and teams now face a quick turnaround with a full slate of midweek matches to kick off December.

There were expected results, some surprises and everything in between last weekend, with clubs looking to collect as many points ahead of the the busiest month of the campaign.

We try to make sense of it all in the latest Power Rankings, which are not meant to look at the overall picture, but rather to provide a snapshot based on current form, strength of opposition, and other factors. As always, these rankings are based on Premier League play only.

Here are DAZN News' Power Rankings after Matchweek 13.

1. Arsenal (—)

A draw at Stamford Bridge isn't the end of the world, but the Gunners will feel they left points on the table against 10-man Chelsea.

Next match: Dec. 3 vs. Brentford

2. Chelsea (—)

Speaking of the Blues, they held up well against the league leaders despite Moises Caicedo's ejection.

Next match: Dec. 3 at Leeds

3. Aston Villa (▲2)

That's three wins on the bounce for Villa after their 1-0 victory over Wolves.

Next match: Dec. 3 at Brighton

4. Manchester City (—)

A victory against Leeds isn't a massive achievement, but the Sky Blues have won four of their last five and have figured out how to get results without relying on goals from Erling Haaland.

Next match: Dec. 2 at Fulham

5. Newcastle (▲1)

A big win at Everton makes it back-to-back victories for the Magpies.

Next match: Dec. 2 vs. Tottenham

6. Crystal Palace (▼3)

Their loss at home to Manchester United, and the manner in which it happened, earned them a notable drop.

Next match: Dec. 3 at Burnley

7. Liverpool (▲3)

It must feel good to be back in the win column for the Reds. Can they put together an actual win streak?

Next match: Dec. 3 vs. Sunderland

8. Manchester United (▼1)

The Red Devils drop slightly despite their victory, but some consistency will drive them higher.

Next match: Dec. 4 vs. West Ham

9. Brentford (▼1)

It's a similar story for the Bees, who have flip-flopped between wins and losses for weeks.

Next match: Dec. 3 at Arsenal

10. Fulham (▲1)

Their victory at Tottenham Hotsput Stadium was Fulham's third in four games.

Next match: Dec. 2 vs. Manchester City

11. Brighton (▲4)

The Seagulls are the biggest risers this week, thanks to a now four-match unbeaten streak (with three of those being wins).

Next match: Dec. 3 vs. Aston Villa

12. Everton (▼3)

The Toffees were humbled at home by Newcastle, ending their small undefeaten run. The manner of the weekend's loss impacted their ranking here.

Next match: Dec. 2 at Bournemouth

13. Bournemouth (—)

Bournemouth avoided a drop despite their loss to Sunderland, but the Cherries' form is concerning.

Next match: Dec. 2 vs. Everton

14. Tottenham (▼2)

Things are very Spursy for Tottenham right now, with no wins in their last four.

Next match: Dec. 2 at Newcastle

15. Sunderland (▲2)

Sunderland's real-world position in the standings is high despite some middling recent play, but a few more wins and their power ranking will rise to meet their position in the actual standings.

Next match: Dec. 3 at Liverpool

16. Nottingham Forest (▼2)

Some recent success cannot mask how poor this team actually is.

Next match: Dec. 3 at Wolves

17. Leeds United (▲2)

Four straight defeats for Leeds and they still climb two spots. That should tell you how bad the teams below them are.

Next match: Dec. 3 vs. Chelsea

18. West Ham (▼2)

The Hammers are the most likely candidates to escape the doldrums of the basement, but they won't do so by playing like they did against Liverpool.

Next match: Dec. 4 at Manchester United

19. Burnley (▼1)

Burnley's also on a four-game losing streak after falling to Brentford on the weekend.

Next match: Dec. 3 vs. Crystal Palace

20. Wolves (—)

This is a historically bad side.

Next match: Dec. 3 vs. Nottingham Forest
