New year, new Premier League Power Rankings.
Matchweek 19 was another short turnaround as the league's busiest time of the year continued, but scoring was at a premium with seven draws across the 10 matches.
We try to make sense of it all in the latest Power Rankings, which are not meant to look at the overall picture, but rather to provide a snapshot based on current form, strength of opposition, and other factors. As always, these rankings are based on Premier League play only.
Here are DAZN News' Power Rankings after Matchweek 19.

1. Arsenal (▲2)
The Gunners reclaim the spot they've occupied for most of the season after their comprehensive beatdown of Aston Villa, a result that left Arsenal as the lone Premier League side currently on a winning streak.
Next match: Jan. 3 at Bournemouth
2. Manchester City (▼1)
Such are the margins at the top that City are knocked out of the top spot despite extending their unbeaten run to seven games.
Next match: Jan. 4 vs. Chelsea
3. Everton (▲5)
Being one of just three teams to win in Matchweek 19 has its perks, as the Toffees make a huge leap.
Next match: Jan. 4 vs. Brentford
4. Newcastle (▲2)
It's a similar story for Newcastle after their win at Burnley, although the rise isn't as sharp.
Next match: Jan. 4 vs. Crystal Palace
5. Aston Villa (▼3)
It's tough sledding for the Villans, who drop a few places after their first loss in 11 games. The thorough nature of the defeat was a factor.
Next match: Jan. 3 vs. Nottingham Forest
6. Liverpool (▼2)
The Reds drew at home to Leeds, which had a slightly negative effect on their ranking.
Next match: Jan. 4 at Fulham
7. Brentford (▼2)
Not scoring a goal against Tottenham isn't going to help any team in these rankings.
Next match: Jan. 4 at Everton
8. Fulham (▲1)
The Cottagers are now unbeaten in four and steadily rising, both in here and in the real life standings.
Next match: Jan. 4 vs. Liverpool
9. Leeds United (▲1)
Another match in which they ground out a result, albeit a scoreless draw at Anfield.
Next match: Jan. 4 vs. Manchester United
10. Tottenham (▲1)
Spurs are back in the top 10, but for how long?
Next match: Jan. 4 vs. Sunderland
11. Chelsea (▼5)
Their home draw with Bournemouth had a massive impact on their ranking, and it cost Enzo Maresca his job.
Next match: Jan. 4 at Manchester City
12. Brighton (▲3)
The Seagulls took a point home from London Stadium, but could have had more.
Next match: Jan. 3 vs. Burnley
13. Manchester United (▼1)
Failing to defeat Wolves is an automatic drop, albeit a slight one in this instance.
Next match: Jan. vs. at Leeds United
14. Bournemouth (▲5)
The Cherries have drawn four of their last five, good enough for a big jump from the bottom.
Next match: Jan. 3 vs. Arsenal
15. Crystal Palace (▼2)
Palace are winless in four after their home draw with Fulham.
Next match: Jan. 4 at Newcastle
16. West Ham (—)
The Hammers still cannot win, and questions about Nuno Espirito Santo's job security are starting to be asked.
Next match: Jan. 3 at Wolves
17. Wolves (▲3)
They got a draw at Old Trafford! With so many poor performances around the rest of the league, Wolves have earned a small jump.
Next match: Jan. 3 vs. West Ham
18. Nottingham Forest (▼4)
Their two-goal loss at home to Everton was their third defeat in a row.
Next match: Jan. 3 at Aston Villa
19. Sunderland (▼2)
This may seem harsh on the Black Cats, who are seventh in the real-life standings. But a continued inability to earn wins has hampered the team in these rankings, and even when they win it's hardly much to write home about.
Next match: Jan. 4 at Tottenham
20. Burnley (▼2)
We have a new occupant in the basement as Burnley keep showing how far off the pace of the Premier League they truly are.
Next match: Jan. 3 at Brighton
