The final weekend of Premier League action prior to the October international break is here, and there has been a shake-up in the Power Rankings.
Crystal Palace's Matchweek 6 win over Liverpool caused a ripple effect through the top of the rankings, with Oliver Glasner's side among the beneficiaries.
Meanwhile, some clubs took a tumble after unwanted results.
We try to make sense of it all in the latest Power Rankings, which are not meant to look at the overall picture, but rather to provide a snapshot based on current form, strength of opposition and other factors. As always, these rankings are based on Premier League play only.
Here are DAZN News ' Power Rankings ahead of Matchweek 7.
1. Arsenal (up 1)
A late comeback victory at St. James' Park, where Arsenal have struggled in recent years, sees the Gunners take top spot this week.
Next match: Oct. 4 vs. West Ham
2. Manchester City (up 1)
City have not been the picture of consistency this season, but when victorious they win big. Such was the case in their 5-1 win over Burnley, which influenced their upward movement.
Next match: Oct. 5 at Brentford
3. Liverpool (down 2)
It may seem unfair for the Reds to drop two spots after just their first loss of the season, but their play has not yet convinced in a manner befitting a first place side despite their place on top of the actual standings.
Next match: Oct. 4 at Chelsea
4. Crystal Palace (up 8)
Palace, meanwhile, have been consistent going back into last season, and handing Liverpool their first defeat is a massive shot in the arm for the unlikely title challengers.
Next match: Oct. 5 at Everton
5. Newcastle (no change)
The Magpies' ability to keep matches close is the only reason why they remain so high in these rankings.
Next match: Oct. 5 vs. Nottingham Forest
6. Fulham (no change)
The Cottagers ran into a suddenly dangerous Aston Villa side last week, putting an end to their aspirations of three league wins in a row.
Next match: Oct. 3 at Bournemouth
7. Brentford (up 1)
Claiming a two-goal victory over Man Utd is pretty much expected for the Bees these days, and they got it done.
Next match: Oct. 5 vs. Manchester City
8. Chelsea (down 4)
What has happened to Chelsea? Another poor result, this time against visiting Brighton, means a big drop for the Blues.
Next match: Oct. 4 vs. Liverpool
9. Brighton (up 5)
Speaking of the Seagulls, going to Stamford Bridge and easing to victory is no small task — even with Chelsea slumping.
Next match: Oct. 5 at Wolves
10. Tottenham (down 1)
Back-to-back draws, with the most recent at home against woeful Wolves, will do Spurs' stock no favours.
Next match: Oct. 4 at Leeds United

Ange Postecoglou has his hands full as he tries to reshape Forest into a competitive side. Losing at home to Sunderland is never going to help.

Their draw at Leeds extends Bournemouth's undefeated streak to five league games. However, they will need better results against better sides if they are to keep climbing.

14. Everton (down 3)
The Toffees are suddenly winless in three games after their home draw with West Ham last week.
Next match: Oct. 5 vs. Crystal Palace

16. Leeds United (down 3)
Leeds are the definition of middling, with their record at 2-2-2 and a -3 goal difference.
Next match: Oct. 4 vs. Tottenham

Next match: Oct. 4 at Arsenal
19. Wolves (up 1)
See above, but replace Everton with Tottenham and the Hammers with Wolves.
Next match: Oct. 5 vs. Brighton
20. Burnley (down 3)
