Salzburg 0-3 Real Madrid highlights: Vinicius Junior dazzles as Spanish giants advance

Real Madrid booked a tantalising last-16 clash with Juventus at the FIFA Club World Cup with a confident 3-0 win over Salzburg.

Vinícius Júnior stole the spotlight in Philadelphia, reminding everyone of his class with a masterful display.

A prolonged period of Madrid dominance was rewarded when the Brazilian netted in the 40th minute before he turned provider, setting up Federico Valverde for Los Blancos' second goal minutes before the break.

Xabi Alonso's side struggled to assert their authority after half-time and were on the back foot when Adam Daghim came close to pulling one back for Salzburg.

Any hopes of a comeback were put to rest in the 84th minute when Gonzalo Garcia calmly chipped home Madrid’s third.

With Al Hilal also winning against CF Pachuca, Salzburg’s run in the tournament comes to an end.
