What teams are playing in the first game of the 2023/24 Premier League season?

Three months after the curtain came down on the 2022/23 Premier League season, the English top flight returns with the first game taking place on Friday night. 

It's set to be an exciting matchup with defending champions Manchester City travelling to a new look Burnley side which blew away the EFL Championship in their previous campaign.
