Bryan Danielson is impressed with a number of AEW talents.

Bryan Danielson’s role in the Blackpool Combat Club has taken on more seniority since William Regal’s departure from AEW.

The British star was the founding father of the impressive stable as he looked to use Danielson and Jon Moxley to develop new members for the group as well as destroying their competition within the company.

Since Regal left the company, the faction has not replaced their mentor, nor have they added new members to their ranks.

Claudio Castagnoli and Wheeler Yuta are the other two members of the group, but with the AEW roster home to a number of impressive talents, who would Danielson recruit for the Blackpool Combat Club.

“Anthony Ogogo,” said Danielson during an exclusive chat with DAZN whilst preparing for glory in the AEW Continental Classic.

“That’s a really interesting fit with his boxing background and he’s as tough as nails.

“Another interesting one is Hook. He’s got beef with Wheeler Yuta right now but sometimes those beefs lead to respect.”
