WWE's road to WrestleMania is in full swing ahead of the next stop, next month's Elimination Chamber, and its route through Europe this spring has now been made all the more exciting.
WWE is set for an unprecedented UK tour in March and April, where the 11-city tour will see them travel across Europe just weeks before WrestleMania 41 takes place at the end of April.
A slew of top Superstar names will appear on the tour, including Cody Rhodes, CM Punk, Rhea Ripley and as of today...John Cena.
The wrestling icon-turned Hollywood star has been announced to appear on three dates across the tour, as part of his final farewell year as an active WWE Superstar.
Cena will be appearing on three episodes of Monday Night Raw in the run-up to his final WrestleMania, the 17 March show in Brussels, March 24 from Glasgow and Raw's last night on March 31 at the O2 in London.
Upon the announcement, Cena took to social media to share his excitement over the dates and said: "In many ways, this Farewell tour started that July night in London. Some of the loudest (and latest) nights on tour have been in Glasgow. I haven’t seen the beauty of Brussels in over a decade.
"For all of these reasons and many, many more, I’m grateful I can say “Thank You” to these cities and have one FINAL night together as a family.
"It’s MY LAST Road to #WrestleMania!
"LETS GO"
The 47-year-old is vying to win his record-breaking 17th world championship before he retires and has the opportunity to earn a title shot when he competes inside the Elimination Chamber on March 1.
The winner of that bout will go on to face Cody Rhodes for the WWE Undisputed title on WWE's grandest stage of them all.
