How do I cancel my subscription?

Cancel from web browser, Smart TV, or gaming console: 
  • Go to and log in.
  • Select "My Account" from the menu and then "Subscription".
  • Choose “Cancel Subscription”.
  • A pop-up window may appear with the contact details to speak with an agent and cancel your account. Click on the "chat with us" button at the bottom of the pop-up and type ''I want to cancel'' in the chat​ or call us on the toll-free number provided.
  • Once you have cancelled your account, you will receive a cancellation confirmation email

Note: You can still enjoy all the content available on DAZN until your current subscription period ends.

Cancel from Amazon In-App Payment: 
  • On the Amazon website go to the 'Apps' section
  • Open the Apps Library 
  • Navigate to the Subscriptions tab
  • Click 'Manage' next to the DAZN app and uncheck the 'Auto-renew this subscription' option
Note: On all Amazon devices except TVs, you can cancel your DAZN subscription directly from your Amazon device. 

Note: Please be aware that you are unable to access to “My Account” from most versions of the DAZN app. To use all available features, including the cancellation pages, please visit from a browser (Google Chrome, Safari, etc.)
Due to high volume of sign ups, it may take up to 24 hours to access 'My Account' section after registering. This will not affect your viewing content.
