- Please use our password recovery function by following this link
- On the following page please enter your Email Address and click on “Send”
- You will receive a notification that we have sent an email to the email address entered. Please check your inbox of your email account for an email from “DAZN support” with the subject “Change your password”. If you cannot find it in your inbox make sure to check your spam folder.
- In your mail from DAZN you will find a “Reset Password” button. Please click this now.
- You will be redirected to a new page where you can enter your new password. Make sure to follow the below criteria for your new password:
- Contains at least one uppercase and lowercase letter
- No spaces in the password allowed
- Contains at least one letter and one number
- Use special characters to make your password more secure (~`!@#%^&*()+=_-{}[]\|:;”’?/,.)
- You will need to verify your password to make sure there is no typo in your password. Once you have selected and entered your new password please click on “Change Password”
- Once you have changed your password you can use your new password to sign in to DAZN
