What if my email address is already in use?

If you get the error message that your email address is already in use, please go through the following steps:
  1. Go to our sign in page and try to login with your email address and password (You might have previously used that email address to register a DAZN account).
  2. If this does not work, create a new password using the password reset feature. You should receive an email with a link to create a new password.
  3. Once you have created a new password you should be able to sign in. If your account was cancelled in the past, you will need to enter the payment details to reactivate your subscription.
  4. If you did not receive the link to create a new password, or you are still unable to sign into your account, please contact customer support
