Chris Eubank Jr. has revealed he is set to become a father to twin boys ahead of his hotly anticipated rematch with foe Conor Benn on Saturday night.
The Briton defeated his rival by unanimous decision in April at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, and returns for a second dance live on DAZN Pay-Per-View.
Eubank Jr. famously reunited with his own father Chris Eubank Sr. in emotional scenes before the bout, with both men sharing a now-iconic ringwalk.
Now, before his latest foray into north London, the star revealed he is an expectant dad himself on social media, ahead of a new BBC documentary.
"Many of you guessed it," he wrote on X. "I will soon be joining the dad gang. [The] only difference is I’ll be joining as a father of two! Twin boys!
"[I'm] so grateful for such a blessing [and] I will do my absolute best to give them the happiest upbringing I possibly can, just like my old man did for me."
In a clip accompanying the post, Eubank Jr. can be seen telling Eubank Sr. that he is to become a grandfather once again, with the two men embracing.
The news adds an additional dimension to the star's fight week with Benn, with the pair having previously touched on fatherhood during their DAZN Face Off.
The latter is already a parent - and by extension, his dad Nigel Benn is a grandfather - to two children, and has spoken about their impact on his career before.
Chris Eubank Jr and Conor Benn's much anticipated rematch is live and exclusive on DAZN PPV on Saturday, November 15. Buy for £24.99 UK / $59.99 US.
