Jake Paul continues to be linked to a major showdown with Anthony Joshua, but who does the novice fighter consider the hardest puncher he has shared a ring with?

Since embarking on a boxing career, Paul has taken his time climbing the rankings and now finds himself highly rated and he could land a world title shot.

After defeating Julio Cesar Chavez earlier this year , Paul has been speculated to face several big names including Joshua, Badou Jack, and Gilberto Ramirez.

In his short career so far, Paul has been cautious when selecting opponents, but he has enjoyed many successes with wins over the likes of Mike Tyson, Tyron Woodley, and Anderson Silva.

Paul’s only defeat occurred back in 2023 when he was outpointed by Tommy Fury in a close encounter that saw him drop his major rival in the final session

Despite sharing the ring with a known puncher like Tyson, Paul does not credit the former heavyweight champion as being the hardest hitter he has ever faced.

Although, Paul has been vicious when assessing Fury in the past, the popular YouTuber has stated that the British star possessed the most power out of all his opponents.

"Probably Tommy. I think more so his timing. I think timing is more important than anything,” said Paul when speaking to Ring Champs

“Tyron  was strong, Mike Tyson was strong, but Tommy had better timing and better placement of punches."
