This fight night should have been headlined by Dillian Whyte's WBC interim championship defence against Swedish heavyweight challenger Otto Wallin, but instead Chantelle Cameron and Mary McGee square off in the main event at London's O2 Arena tonight.
Whyte suffered a shoulder injury which will at least delay, but potentially outright cancel, his defence with a potential showdown with Tyson Fury looming for 2022.
Cameron and McGee meet with the WBC, IBF and Ring Magazine super lightweight titles at stake. The fight is also a semi-final for Matchroom's Road to Undisputed tournament, which will see the winner crowned as the top fighter at 140lbs.
Cameron defended her WBC title against Melissa Hernandez, needing a fifth-round TKO back in May. She is unbeaten since he 2017 professional debut.
American fighter McGee has won her last seven, but has not fought this year. In 2020 she stopped Deanha Hobbs in nine rounds.
