Palmeiras vs Botafogo will take place at Lincoln Financial Field, located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Opened in 2003, the 67,594-capacity venue is home to the NFL's Philadelphia Eagles and was the host of WrestleMania XL in 2024.
It is expected to host fixtures at the 2026 FIFA World Cup too, and has hosted a variety of concerts by artists such as Bruce Springsteen, U2 and Taylor Swift.
A comeback draw against Inter Miami was enough to ensure that Palmeiras topped Group A and dodged the prospect of facing Paris Saint-Germain in the last-16.
Now, they will need to be diligent in this latest test, with Weverton hoping to return an improved performance between the posts at the back.
Up front, the threat of Paulinho and Maurício could be rewarded with starting berths after they did the damage off the bench against the Herons.
Previous XI: Weverton; Rocha, Gomez, Cerqueira, Piquerez; Rios, Evangelista; Estêvão, Veiga, Torres; López.
Defeat to Atletico Madrid was not enough to stop Botafogo's progress into the last-16, and their reward of a relative derby tie is a tasty one too.
There will not be too many changes expected, with former Manchester United defender Alex Telles expected to shore up the left flank once more.
John will look to keep a clean sheet after a late leak to Antoine Griezmann set up a tense finale in their final Group B fixture on Monday.
Previous XI: John; Vitinho, Cunha, Barboza, Telles; Allan, Gregore, Freitas; Artur, Jesus, Savarino.
Palmeiras are the marginal favourites to take the win in this close all-Brazilian encounter, and are priced at 7/5 for the victory with DAZN Bet.
Botafogo and the draw are meanwhile priced identically at 2/1, with the latter of course ensuring extra-time and penalties to follow.

As Group A winners, Palmeiras have the odds on their side and enter this contest with a stronger domestic campaign under their belts compared to their foes too.
In Campeonato Brasileiro Série A Palmeiras sit fourth after 11 games on 22 points, while Botafogo are eighth, just four points behind their opponents.
Botafogo will have taken great heart from that victory over PSG in the group stages, and despite a loss to Atletico Madrid, have faced tougher foes so far. It could give them a competitive edge here.
Prediction: Palmeiras 1-2 Botafogo
