Chelsea vs. Man City, Premier League fixtures, times, TV channels and live streams in Canada for Matchday 31

After their 4-0 win over Crystal Palace on Wednesday, Liverpool can clinch the title this week with a Man City loss or tie to Chelsea on Thursday.
