Matchweek 6 of the Premier League didn't go according to plan for many teams, with some of the bigger names on the wrong side of the scoreline over the weekend.
Led by Liverpool's loss to Crystal Palace — the first dropped points of any kind by the Reds in the league this season — there was no shortage of stunning results in the latest round of games.
Of course, it's the players who drive those performances, and once again, some stood out above the rest.
So which stars made the biggest impact and made the DAZN News' team of the week? Rudi Schuller picks out the best XI of the weekend from Matchweek 6.

Defender: Omar Alderete (Sunderland)
Scored the game's lone goal and stood tall amid a tidal wave of Nottingham Forest attack.

@Arsenal
Was on the wrong end of Nick Woltemade's opener for Newcastle but made up for it with a stunning late winner for Arsenal, after making 17 defensive contributions.
Defender: Lucas Digne (Aston Villa)
Another full-back who got himself involved in goal production, Digne's first-half assist to Ollie Watkins helped kickstart Villa's comeback.
Midfielder: Sean Longstaff (Leeds United)
The former Newcastle man had an immense impact in Leeds' 2-2 draw with Bournemouth, assisting on their first goal and scoring a stunner for their second.
Midfielder: Ismaila Sarr (Crystal Palace)
Put in a Herculean shift against Liverpool's midfield, helping Palace become the first side to take points off the Reds this season.
Midfielder: John McGinn (Aston Villa)
McGinn's leadership was on display in Villa's victory over Fulham, with the captain scoring the match-winner.
