West Ham and Nottingham Forest are set for a pivotal Premier League clash at the bottom of the table, with the intriguing sub-plot of Nuno Espirito Santo facing his former side.
Nuno was sacked by the Tricky Trees in early September after a monumental fallout with owner Evangelos Marinakis, despite guiding them to European football last season. Ironically, as has happened with Enzo Maresca and Ruben Amorim, it was a feisty press conference that triggered his departure.
The Portuguese has since been managing West Ham, but after an initial upturn in results, the East London club have struggled for form and gifted bottom side Wolves a 3-0 win - their first victory of the season.
Forest, on the other hand, are in better shape under Sean Dyche, but are on a woeful run of form themselves, having lost their last four league games. Crucially, only four points and one position separate the teams ahead of kick-off.
DAZN News has all the information for West Ham vs. Nottingham Forest.

West Ham vs. Nottingham Forest will take place at the London Stadium on Tuesday, January 6, at 8pm GMT in the Premier League.
That means that fans watching in North America’s Eastern time zone will be able to watch at 3pm ET, while kick-off on the West Coast is at 12pm PT.

"Every game is very important, so we have to approach tomorrow in the same way. We know it is a very, very important game.
"Forest are a good team, full of talented players and with an experienced manager, so we know it’s going to be tough."

"It's an easy line to use (six-pointer). I've been in it so many years and we are only just at the halfway point so there is a lot more football to be played either way.
"It's very helpful to win this game, quite obviously so that's the challenge, go and win away from home."
The form book does not favour either of these sides, but this is the most important fixture of the season for both if they want to avoid relegation to the Championship.
Nuno's men have not tasted victory on home soil since they defeated Burnley in early November, and Forest should have the quality to edge out a tense affair in the capital.
Prediction: West Ham 0-1 Nottingham Forest
