To comply with legal regulations, we need to ensure that you are over 18 and therefore eligible to watch age restricted content. It also enables us to protect minors from seeing violent content. You have to complete age verification if you attempt to watch content which requires age verification.

 

How do I know what content requires Age verification?
You will find a little 18 symbol on the content tile. Currently, the restricted content includes all boxing and MMA competitions.

When you attempt to play restricted content and you have not yet age verified or set your PIN, you will be prompted to the age verification process.

How do I verify my age?
Verifying your age is a simple 3-step process which shouldn’t take longer than 5 minutes. All you need is access to the DAZN website on your computer and your ID or Passport.

You can access the age verification page via the restricted content or via the "Youth Protection" section in 'My Account', where you can choose from various nationalities and ID documents for age verification (scroll all the way down to see all available nationalities and ID documents).

First select your nationality (the country that issued your identification document):

Then select which ID document you would like to use and enter the identification number of the selected document. We will show you exactly where you can find this on the document you are using:

If your age has been confirmed successfully, you will see a message saying that your age has been verified:

Now, under ‘Set My Pin’, set up a four-digit Pin that you will have to enter each time you try to stream restricted content:

If you try to stream age-restricted content, the specified Pin must be entered:

What if I forgot my PIN?

To reset your PIN, simply go to the 'Youth Protection' page in 'My Account' and click on "Reset your PIN":

To set a new PIN, enter the new PIN together with your DAZN password and click on ‘Reset your PIN’:

What happens with my ID/Passport data?
At no stage we are storing your id/passport data. We simply use it to validate your age.
