If for any reason you need to cancel your DAZN subscription, you can do it from your web browser in just a few steps.
Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. If you’re on a monthly subscription, this means your plan will end on the date you usually pay for it.
If you’re on an annual subscription, this means your plan will end a year on from your initial payment. You’ll still be able to watch DAZN right until your subscription is cancelled.
Just need to take a break for a few months? You could pause your subscription instead. You can suspend your payments for up to 2 months. Pausing instead of cancelling gives you more flexibility as you won’t have to re-subscribe. Find out how to pause your subscription here.
You can only pause or cancel your subscription on our website if you signed up with DAZN directly. If you signed up to DAZN via a third party like Apple or Google, you’ll need to get in touch with them direct to cancel your subscription.
How to cancel your subscription
If you’re already signed into DAZN, you’ll automatically skip step 3 of our instructions below.
1. Go to www.dazn.com.
2. Scroll to the footer of any of our pages and find the 'Cancel' button.
3. You’ll be taken to a form to fill out. Enter your details, including your name and email address. We’ll ask when you want your subscription to end and why you want to cancel.
4. Select ‘Confirm’ to cancel your subscription.
5. You’ll receive a confirmation of your cancellation to your registered email address. You can also download this confirmation from the browser.
You’ll still be able to watch DAZN until your subscription ends.
If you change your mind about cancelling, don’t worry. You can use the ‘Keep’ button in My Account to undo your cancellation any time until the subscription ends.
