DAZN is available via the Vodafone GigaTV, Horizon TV and the Vodafone GigaTV Net Box.

Where do I find the DAZN app? (back to top)
  • On the GigaTV 4K Box you can find DAZN on the GigaTV Home Screen under the menu item "Vodafone Videothek" - "Streaming Services"
  • On the GigaTV Net Box you first have to download the DAZN app. To do this, go to the menu item "Apps" and download DAZN from the Google Play Store. After the download you will find DAZN under "Installed Apps"
Tips for your GigaTV / NetTV box (back to top)
You get the best DAZN experience when you connect your GigaTV Box to the router using a LAN cable. DAZN of course also works via WLAN, but with a LAN cable you can achieve the strongest and most reliable internet connection. For HD resolution with higher video quality and high-resolution images, an Internet download speed of at least 10 Mbit / s is recommended.

How to watch content on the DAZN app with your GigaTV / NetTV box? (back to top)
  1. To access the DAZN app via GigaTV / NetTVbox, you need your personal DAZN login details.
  2. If you do not yet have a DAZN account, you can register directly via GigaTV using the DAZN app. Just follow the instructions on your screen.
  3. Alternatively, you can register with DAZN at www.dazn.com . As soon as you have registered, you can log into the DAZN app on your GigaTV with the same login details.
DAZN channels via Giga and Horizon TV (back to top)
If you signed up to the DAZN channels via Giga TV or Horizon TV you will need to register to DAZN within 7 days. Please see below how to do this:

For new DAZN users:
  1. Please click on the DAZN link in your vodafone e-mail. Alternatively you can also click here and enter your code manually.
  2. Click on "Create DAZN account"
  3. Follow the steps through the sign up process and make sure to complete your membership
For existing DAZN users paying directly to DAZN:
  1. Please click on the DAZN link in your vodafone e-mail. Alternatively you can also click here and enter your code manually.
  2. Click on "Sign in"
  3. Confirm your account changes to activate the Vodafone offer
For existing DAZN users paying through a 3rd party vendor (e.g. Apple, Google, Amazon)
  1. Please click on the DAZN link in your vodafone e-mail. Alternatively you can also click here and enter your code manually.
  2. Click on "Sign in"
  3. Confirm your account changes to activate the Vodafone offer
  4. You need to cancel your DAZN account with your 3rd party vendor to not get charged anymore. For information how to do this please click here. Don't worry, as you will not lose access to DAZN if you signed up via Vodafone.
Where to find the DAZN channels on your Giga and Horizon TV? (back to top)
The channels can be accessed normally as any other channel on your Giga and Horizon TV. Please make sure that you have the correct Vodafone contract and that you registered via www.dazn.com to keep your access to the linear channels.

Where can I find the schedule for the DAZN channels? (back to top)
The schedule can be seen using the epg function on your device. We are working on providing the channel schedule on traditional media and tv guides in the future.

What events are available on the DAZN channels? (back to top)
We will be showing highlights of our normal schedule which features over 8000 events each year. On both channels fans can watch over 16 hours of content each day.

I lost access to the DAZN channels. What should I do? (back to top)
If you lost access to the DAZN channels there might be a problem with your vodafone contract, or you simply forgot to register your DAZN account. In this case please reach out to Vodafone to get this problem resolved, as they will be able to grant you access to the linear channels again. I have received a DAZN voucher via Vodafone. How can I redeem it? (back to top)
  1. First delete the cookies or the cache in your browser or use a so-called private window, also known as an incognito window.
  2. Enter the URL: https://www.dazn.com/redeem into the browser of your choice via your laptop or PC.
  3. Please enter your gift code into the gift code field. If the code is recognized correctly, you will be shown a banner confirming this. If you don't get this, don't complete the process and try again.
  4. Pay close attention to entering your code and check all characters carefully. Look out for characters that are easy to confuse, such as: "o", "O", "0", "i", "I", "L", or "l".
  5. If you get an error message, don't complete the process. Take a screenshot of the error message, contact us by email and include the complete voucher code.
