The organizer of this promotion is DAZN Spain, S.L., (hereinafter referred to as DAZN), a Spanish company with its registered office at 40 General Perón Street, portal D, 2nd floor, 28020, Madrid, Spain (VAT number: B-85940419) and registered in the Commercial Registry of Madrid, in volume 27702, folio 106, section 8, sheet M-499256.
Purpose of the Promotion
The purpose of the promotion is to promote the DAZN brand and the service www.dazn.com offered by DAZN.
Acquisition of the Right to Participate, Delivery of Documents, Tickets, or Participation Forms
To participate in this promotion, users must be of legal age and perform the following actions within the DAZN "La Grada" section ("the Functionality" or "the Game"): Within the Functionality and in those matches or events where the Promotion has been previously announced, users can participate by following the instructions published by the chat moderator of the corresponding event. In the Functionality and to participate in the Promotion, for illustrative purposes and in no case limiting, users may be required to participate in surveys or votes that will be published during the corresponding event in La Grada de DAZN.
These Legal Terms will apply to those draws announced within the La Grada de DAZN section and will only apply to some matches that will be previously communicated by DAZN through this functionality. All users participating for free in the Game will participate for free in various draws whose prizes will be indicated before each Game starts. In the case of drawing tickets for sports events, accommodation and/or travel costs will be borne by the winners and are not part of this promotion.
The winner or winners of each game will be randomly selected through a draw and using an unalterable random winner generator or through the mechanisms indicated in each Game. For illustrative purposes and in no case limiting, the participant who correctly predicts a result on an action in a sports event. Once the winners are selected and it is verified that they comply with these legal terms, they will be informed of the result and asked for their personal data for the management and delivery of the prize obtained. If the winner does not want to provide this information, it will be understood that they renounce the prize, and DAZN may contact the first reserve winner, and so on until reaching the last reserve winner, and the prize may be declared vacant. Prizes are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash prizes and cannot be transferred to third parties.
Participants acknowledge and accept that, for informational purposes only and with the aim of providing the greatest transparency possible to the Game, the name and first surname of the winner(s) may be disclosed and published through various official DAZN channels as well as in the Functionality itself. In any case, the condition of the winner will not be effective or final until DAZN has verified that the winner complies with these legal terms.
Territorial Scope of the Promotion
The promotion covers the entire territory of Spain.
Acceptance of the Terms, Suspension of the Promotion, and Complaints
Participation in this promotion implies the full acceptance of these legal terms. Employees of DAZN and employees of any company involved in the promotion, as well as their respective first-degree relatives, are not eligible to participate in this promotion.
DAZN, as the organizing entity of this promotion, reserves the right to suspend it in the event of an unforeseeable circumstance that makes its development impossible, committing to notify this circumstance to participants through DAZN's social media profiles. The deadline to initiate any type of complaint related to this promotion and/or the awarding of the prize is thirty (30) natural days from the date of the corresponding draw.
Data Protection
The personal data of participants in this promotion will be processed by DAZN as the data controller for the purpose of managing their participation in the promotion and delivering the prize. This may involve sharing data with some of the brands associated with the prizes awarded.
Participants may exercise their rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, and limitation of processing at any time by postal mail addressed to DAZN, 40 General Perón Street, portal D, 2nd floor, 28020, Madrid, Spain, clearly indicating the purpose of their request or by sending an email to datasubjectrights@dazn.com.
The data collected by DAZN will be kept for the duration of the prize allocation to the winner and, if necessary, its delivery. Subsequently, if necessary, DAZN will keep the information blocked for the legally established periods. Participants can consult DAZN's privacy policy by accessing the website www.dazn.com and clicking on the Privacy and Cookies link.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Legal Terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute that may arise from their application, both parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals applicable to them in accordance with applicable law.
