Can the account migration from DAZN to Movistar modify my content plan?
Yes. When you migrate your account from DAZN to Movistar, it will have the content plan (Esencial, La Liga o Total) included in your Movistar tariff.
Don’t worry! If your Movistar tariff includes DAZN Total (LaLiga, MotoGP, FORMULA 1, Premier League, etc), you will not lose any content due to the migration.
However, if your Movistar tariff includes DAZN La Liga and currently you have a subscription to DAZN Esencial or DAZN Total, you will lose the multisport content (MotoGP, FORMULA 1, Premier League, etc) currently available in your plan.
How can I maintain my content after migrating my DAZN account to Movistar?
If the migration of your DAZN account to Movistar means you have a DAZN plan with a content offer below your current one, you can upgrade to DAZN Total through Movistar. By doing this, you will pay DAZN directly through your Movistar bill.
- If you only have DAZN La Liga with your Movistar tariff, to obtain DAZN Total go to www.movistar.es/deportes .
- If you only have DAZN Esencial with your Movistar tariff, to obtain DAZN Total call 1004 or go to a Movistar shop.
You have also the option to maintain your current DAZN account and plan and create an additional account for the plan included with your Movistar tariff. To do so, use a different email when registering through the link Movistar provided you with. By doing this, you will have two DAZN accounts: one account with the plan you are currently subscribed to DAZN, and a second account with the DAZN plan included in your Movistar tariff.
