The "King" has climbed a little bit closer to the summit.
With his touchdown for the Baltimore Ravens in the second quarter of their game against the Chicago Bears on Sunday, Derrick Henry surpassed Bears legend Walter Payton to claim sole possession of fifth place on the list of the NFL's all-time rushing TD leaders.
Henry rumbled into the end zone midway through the second frame, tying things up for the Ravens after Chicago scored two field goals in the first quarter. Baltimore added the extra point to take the lead for the first time in the game, and they eventually held on to the victory to stop a four-game losing skid.
Now 31, Henry has showed no signs of slowing down after joining the Ravens from the Tennessee Titans ahead of last season. The five-time Pro Bowl running back has topped the NFL touchdown charts in three of his nine seasons so far.
