"I understand what they're trying to do fully. You want to take the game international. Totally get it from a business standpoint.
"The only thing that's mindblowing to me is that they can't get the field conditions right... you've got guys slipping... there's a lot of risk."
Although Burns expressed appreciation for the overall experience of playing overseas, he also pointed out the difficulties that come with international games held toward the end of the schedule.
"Later in the season, it's a little taxing with the sleep schedule and everything. You kind of get in a routine, and it kind of throws you off."
