The Eagles kept their unbeaten streak alive with a 31-25 win over Tampa Bay last weekend, but A.J. Brown’s frustration over his role stole just as many headlines as the scoreline.
Despite being targeted nine times, the wideout finished with only two grabs for seven yards, and quarterback Jalen Hurts didn’t connect on a single throw in the second half.
Brown took to X to share a cryptic tweet to share his frustrations with his perceived lack of involvement. In a post, now deleted, he said, "If you're not welcomed, not listened to, quietly withdraw. Don't make a scene. Shrug your shoulders and be on your way."

The post went viral on social media and caught the attention of Hurts.
Eagles' head coach Nick Sirianni refused to be drawn on his conversation with Brown, but left no doubt that he had no concerns about Browns' desire to remain with the team and contribute.
Brown has since issued an apology for letting his "frustrations boil over", telling reporters that he simply wants to do his part to help the offense get going when the game is on the line.
With 28 catches, 151 yards, and one touchdown so far, the 28-year-old is pacing well below his usual production, raising questions about whether his 1,000-yard streak will survive a fourth season.
But with the Eagles unbeaten and Brown publicly moving on, the focus now shifts back to keeping their perfect season alive, and ensuring one of their star playmakers feels as central to the offense as the team’s record suggests he should be.
Brown’s next chance to quiet the noise comes Sunday, when the Eagles host the Broncos in a marquee showdown.
