Already clinched

NFC:

The Seahawks rallied from behind to score an improbable comeback win against the Rams on Thursday Night Football in Week 16, and in the process, became the second NFC team to clinch a playoff spot.

That loss meant that the Rams, who secured their postseason berth one week earlier by defeating the Detroit Lions, lost ground to Seattle in both the division and the battle for the NFC's No. 1 seed.

AFC:

The Broncos clinched a playoff spot in Week 15 with a 34-26 victory over the Green Bay Packers.

Denver quarterback Bo Nix enjoyed his most productive game of the year, throwing four touchdowns. Vance Josephs' defense, so often the hero of the Broncos' 11-game winning streak, also did its part, picking off Jordan Love twice.

With the win, Sean Payton's side not only secured a playoff berth but also extended their lead over the Patriots in the battle for the No.1 AFC seed. Up next, the Jaguars, and a chance to win the AFC West.
