In a highly anticipated rematch of last season’s AFC Championship, Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs (5-3) visit league MVP Josh Allen and the Buffalo Bills (5-2) in a huge matchup Sunday at Highmark Stadium in Orchard Park, New York. Both teams enter the game owning a top-five offense.
The Chiefs come in hot, having won three in a row and four of their last five games following a dubious 0-2 start. Amidst this winning streak, Kansas City’s offense has rung up an average of roughly 30 points while limiting teams to an average of eight points.
Amongst quarterbacks, Mahomes is tied for first with Matthew Stafford with 17 touchdown passes. In passing yards, he only trails Justin Herbert with 2,099. The three-time Super Bowl MVP and the Chiefs will be up against a Bills squad that flattened the Carolina Panthers, 40-9, to snap their two-game skid.

Jordan Love went 29-of-37 for 360 yards and three touchdowns in a monster performance to lead the Green Bay Packers to a 35-25 road win over the Pittsburgh Steelers last week. Two of those TDs went to tight end Tucker Kraft, who has been a big target for Love this season.
This week, Love, Kraft and the Packers (5-1) will host the Carolina Panthers (4-4) at Lambeau Field.
The Panthers had their three-game win streak snapped at the hands of a 40-9 smackdown suffered against the Buffalo Bills last week.
Their offense has gone cold over the past two weeks, mustering a combined 22 points.
Can they pull the upset at Lambeau? We are about to find out.

At 7-1, the Indianapolis Colts own the best record in the NFL. Quarterback Daniel Jones is also authoring the best total offense in the league, piling on 385 yards per game and 33.8 points per contest.
Last week, running back Jonathan Taylor ran roughshod all over the Tennessee Titans, tallying a ridiculous 153 rushing yards and two touchdowns on just 12 carries to lead the Colts to a 38-14 trouncing.
The Colts will bring their high-powered offense onto the Acrisure Stadium field to visit the Pittsburgh Steelers (4-3), who will be looking to snap a two-game skid as Aaron Rodgers fell to his former team, the Green Bay Packers, last week.

Alongside the New England Patriots, the Denver Broncos (6-2) enter Week 9 as the hottest teams in the NFL, riding a five-game win streak.
Coming off a 44-24 destruction of the Dallas Cowboys last week, the Broncos will look to throttle the Houston Texans (3-4), who are desperately trying to get to .500-level football after starting the season in a 0-3 hole.
The Texans are coming off a hard-fought 26-15 home win over the San Francisco 49ers in a game that had C.J. Stroud complete 30-of-39 passes for 318 yards and two touchdowns, while tossing one interception. He will have to contend with a Broncos defense that leads the NFL in sacks with 36.
The Texans have now won three of their last four games, and will have home cooking over the next couple of games, hosting the Broncos at NRG Stadium in Houston on Sunday before the Jacksonville Jaguars come into town in a pivotal AFC South matchup.

The Detroit Lions stomped all over the high-powered Tampa Bay Buccaneers, 24-9, back in Week 7. Now, fresh off their bye week, the Lions (5-2) will host the Minnesota Vikings (3-4) in an NFC North matchup at Ford Field in Detroit.
The Vikings have been mired in a two-game skid, having lost to the defending Super Bowl champion Philadelphia Eagles and Los Angeles Chargers, and can ill afford to fall further under .500.
This Lions-Vikings tilt features two of the better wide receivers in football, as Vikings’ star Justin Jefferson just last week became the youngest wideout in NFL history to surpass 8,000 receiving yards, while the Lions’ Amon-Ra St. Brown is tied for the league lead in touchdown receptions this season with seven.
