The world’s leading sports entertainment platform DAZN has agreed a multi-faceted partnership with TNT Sports in the United States to broadcast FIFA Club World Cup 2025 on the Warner Bros. Discovery networks.
DAZN is the rights holder to the FIFA Club World Cup and will broadcast every match of the 32-team competition worldwide on its own platform for free. This new partnership with Warner Bros. Discovery will also see TNT, TBS and truTV televise 24 of the tournament’s 63 matches to fans across the US.
Thanks to this collaboration, fans in the US will be able to watch the action from the group stage, knockout stages and the Final in more ways, across more platforms.
In addition, DAZN and TNT Sports will enhance fan experience with English-language studio programming plus additional ancillary programming throughout the tournament. Meanwhile TNT Sports’ Bleacher Report, House of Highlights, and B/R Football will produce and share content across their social platforms.
“Partnering with DAZN to present the FIFA Club World Cup 2025 further bolsters our sports portfolio this summer and brings another world-class event to our TNT Sports portfolio,” said Luis Silberwasser, Chairman and CEO, TNT Sports.
“We’re looking forward to this new partnership with DAZN as we collectively deliver this exciting new global soccer club competition in the US this summer.”
As the global home of soccer, DAZN has considerable production expertise across a range of properties across the world, including domestic and international rights for top-flight European leagues, such as Serie A, LA Liga, Bundesliga, Ligue 1 and English Premier League.
DAZN also broadcasts international competitions including the UEFA Champions League and UEFA Women’s Champions League, alongside a range of premium, live and on-demand, content across other sports, such as the NFL, Formula 1, and FIBA.
Shay Segev, CEO of DAZN Group, said “The combined expertise of DAZN and TNT Sports will deliver what FIFA and fans want – a tournament for generations to remember.
"With our new partners at Warner Brothers. Discovery, DAZN will enhance and expand production, marketing and ad sales for the tournament, to maximize engagement and reach and ensure that fans receive the very best viewing experience”.
