Brazilian giants Palmeiras have reached the last eight of the tournament after topping Group A and then beating domestic rivals Botafogo 1-0 in the Round of 16.

Chelsea's, the only remaining English interest, progress to the quarter-finals has been eventful to say the least, as they finished second in Group D before facing Benfica in the first knockout stage on Saturday in Charlotte.
The Blues dramatically won 4-1 in extra-time thanks to three late extra-time goals in an extraordinary Club World Cup last-16 match that lasted more than four hours and included a near two-hour delay for extreme weather.
Benfica had a man sent off at the start of extra-time as Enzo Maresca's side made their numerical advantage, and class, pay.
Maresca is now preparing his men to face a Palmeiras side who became the first team to each the quarter-final of the expanded Club World Cup after Paulinho’s extra-time goal gave them a deserved win over the South American champions Botafogo.
Chelsea boss Maresca said: "The team was very good - it was one of our best performances in the last two weeks or the last month.
"I am very happy because we are in the last eight teams of this fantastic competition."

Palmeiras vs Chelsea will take place at Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia.
Despite being home to the current NFL champions, Lincoln Financial Field's first-ever event was a 2003 club friendly between Manchester United and Barcelona.
The ties to the sport continued on from that day, with "The Linc" hosting games in the 2003 FIFA Women's World Cup, the 2009, 2015, 2017 and 2019 CONCACAF Gold Cups (including the 2015 final), three matches in the 2016 Copa America Centenario and countless friendlies for both club and country.
In the Club World Cup, five group stage matches were played at the Philadelphia stadium, plus a round of 16 match and lastly the quarter-final between Palmeiras and Chelsea.
Palmeiras captain Gustavo Gomez will miss out through suspension after being sent off in the Round of 16 1-0 win against Botafogo.
Joaquín Piquerez is also banned after picking up a second yellow card of the tournament in that match.
Brazil winger Estevao, who will join Chelsea next month in a £29m deal agreed last year, will have the chance to meet his new employers.
Palmeiras have had to manage Paulinho's game time at the Club World Cup with the winger coming back after recovering from a stress fracture in the tibia of his right leg.
But for the second game running he made an impact as a substitute against Botafogo and he could now earn a starting role.

New signing Pedro Neto is eligible to make his Chelsea debut in this match, after signing from Brighton this week. However, the Brazilian was a close friend of Liverpool's Diogo Jota, who tragically died in a car crash on Thursday, and Blues boss Enzo Maresca has said he will be allowed to miss the game if he needs time.
Defender Benoit Badiashile was injured during Saturday's dramatic extra-time win over Benfica in the Round of 16 and left the ground on crutches.
He looks certain to miss out against Palmeiras along with star midfielder Moises Caicedo, who picked up a second booking of the campaign against Benfica to earn a one-match suspension.
Maresca must now decide who to draft into the side as their replacements as Chelsea bid to reach the semi-finals, with Andrey Santos in line to feature.
The Blues will be boosted by the return of striker Nicolas Jackson after serving a two-match ban, but Romeo Lavia is a doubt too.
Previous XI : Sanchez; James, Badiashile, Colwill, Cucurella; Caicedo, Lavia; Palmer, Fernandez, Pedro Neto; Delap
Chelsea are 1/1 with DAZN Bet to win and move into the semi-finals, Palmeiras are 29/10.
Chelsea were forced into extra time last time out and are 17/2 to win after ET, Palmeiras to do the same is 16/1. For either to win on penalties is 10/1.

This is a difficult one to call and there is certainly no denying the quality within both teams' ranks.
But Palmeiras could just edge this one given their South American flair and experience against a youthful Chelsea side missing the steadying influence of Moises Caicedo in the middle of the park.
Prediction: Palmeiras 2-1 Chelsea
