The only midweek game in the National League comes from the Crown Oil Arena as title contenders Rochdale host play-off hopefuls Southend United live on DAZN.
It was a telling weekend of action in the fifth tier, particularly at the top of the table, as York City and the Dale created breathing space between themselves and the chasing pack.
Jimmy McNulty's side have been going about their business in routine fashion of late and secured their third successive league victory, this time a 2-0 home victory over Truro City. The result means that Rochdale have won every league match in January without conceding a goal and remain one point behind the Minstermen with three games in hand.
As for Southend, they were involved in one of the clashes of the weekend as they came from two goals down to snatch a 3-3 draw away to Boston United. Although the Shrimpers have slipped out of the top seven, they do have three games in hand on seventh-place Halifax Town.
In what could be a crucial game at the top, DAZN News has all the information ahead of Rochdale vs. Southend United.

Rochdale vs. Southend will take place at 7.45pm GMT on Tuesday, January 27, in the National League.
Traditionally known as Spotland, the Dale have played at the stadium since 1907, and it has a capacity of 10,249.
