Boxing world mourns death of 'legend' Ricky Hatton as tributes pour in for British hero

Ricky Hatton was one of Britain’s best-loved fighters and his passing at 46 will hit the boxing community hard, not to mention his friends and family.
He was the man from the council estate in Hattersley, Greater Manchester who went on to realise many boyhood dreams, achieving legendary status along the way.
The 46-year-old won world titles, fought the world’s best fighters, and took his huge army of travelling fans to the USA for trips of a lifetime.
