Wydad AC will hope to leave an impression against some of the biggest clubs in global football when they take to the stage at the 2025 FIFA Club World Cup.
The Morocco heavyweights hail from Casablanca, and while they may not have Paris ahead of them, they'll face off with champions Manchester City in the United States.
That will set the tone for a difficult group stage that pits them against two other fascinating rivals, and they will hope they can spring an upset for the CAF contingent here.
But just how did they seal their berth for the revamped Club World Cup, set to take place across the United States between June and July this year? DAZN has all the information.
Wydad are one of four CAF teams competing in the 2025 FIFA Club World Cup and qualify as the winners of the 2021–22 CAF Champions League.
