Connection issue when watching DAZN (Error codes 65-003-000 / 65-066-000 / 11-003-013 / 11-065-013)

There are a few reasons why you’re having trouble watching DAZN. You may be able to fix the issue by trying any or all of the following:

•    Check your internet connection is working. If it’s not, try troubleshooting your network connection using this help page
•    If you’re on mobile, update your DAZN app
•    If you're on web, refresh or update your browser. Check which web browsers are supported by DAZN here
•    After you’ve completed an update, reload DAZN on your browser or restart the app. Then try to play the video again.
