Why can I not access the "My Account" section? (back to top)
Once you have created or reactivated your DAZN account you have access to all our content but please be aware that it may take a few hours for you to be able to log in into the “My Account” section.


What can I do if I did not receive my Sky Link? (back to top)
If you did not receive the Sky Link or need a new text message with the details, please contact Sky Customer Service.


How do I activate my account on DAZN.it using the Link Sky sent me? (back to top)
Once you activate Sky's offer via Sky, you will receive an SMS with a Link. Click on the link you received via SMS and once you reach the page, choose the relevant option among those shown below and follow the instructions:

1) I have never registered on DAZN.it before

  • Click on the Link you received via SMS
  • Fill in the mandatory fields to open your new DAZN account
  • Read and accept DAZN's “Terms and Conditions” and “Privacy Policy”
  • You will be asked to confirm that you wish to use as method of payment the one you indicated at the time you adhered to the offer dedicated to Sky customers

2) I have a DAZN.it account
If you are using a device on which you are already logged in:
  • Click on the Link you received via SMS
  • You will be asked to confirm that you wish to change the method of payment you had originally chosen with the one you indicated at the time you adhered to the offer dedicated to Sky customers
If you are using a device on which you are not logged in:
  • Click on the Link you received via SMS
  • Log in  using the access details of your existing active DAZN account
  • You will be asked to confirm that you wish to change the method of payment you had originally chosen with the one you indicated at the time you adhered to the offer dedicated to Sky customers
Please confirm that you wish to update your payment method by adhering to the offer dedicated to Sky customers. Please note that if you do not confirm that you wish to change your payment method, we will be unable to process the request correctly and update our systems. As a result, your DAZN monthly subscription may still be charged via your previous method of payment. Please confirm the change by following the relevant procedure. If you have been charged by mistake, click here and follow the procedure to apply for a refund. The refund procedure is not available for third parties customers.

3) I have already subscribed to DAZN.it through Sky
If you have subscribed to DAZN through Sky, for further information please go to Sky.it/infoseriea

4) I have subscribed to DAZN through a third party (Apple iTunes, Google Play, Amazon)
If you are using a device on which you are already logged in:
  • Click on the Link you received via SMS
  • You will be asked to confirm that you wish to change the method of payment you had originally chosen with the one you indicated at the time you adhered to the offer dedicated to Sky customers
  • Once this process is completed, if this is part of your Sky commercial offer, the DAZN1 channel will be activated shortly
  • In order to stop the Third party billing process, you need to cancel the automatic subscription renewal of your DAZN account created through a Third Party (Apple iTunes, Google Play, Amazon, etc.)

If you are using a device on which you are not logged in:
  • Click on the Link you received via SMS
  • Log in  using the access details of your existing active DAZN account
  • You will be asked to confirm that you wish to change the method of payment you had originally chosen with the one you indicated at the time you adhered to the offer dedicated to Sky customers
  • Once this process is completed, if this is part of your Sky commercial offer, the DAZN1 channel will be activated shortly
  • In order to stop the Third party billing process, you need to cancel the automatic subscription renewal of your DAZN account created through a Third Party (Apple iTunes, Google Play, Amazon, etc.)

5) I already have a DAZN subscription and my account is Paused
If you Paused your DAZN account:
  • Go to the "My Account" section/area
  • Cancel the subscription you had previously Paused 
  • Wait for DAZN's email confirming the cancellation
  • Open the Link you received from Sky
  • Log in again using the access details of your DAZN account
  • Confirm that you wish to change your method of payment and switch from the one you had originally chosen to the one you indicated at the time you adhered to the Sky-DAZN offer dedicated to Sky customers

6) I already have an active DAZN account and I have requested the cancellation of the automatic renewal. If you subscribed to DAZN through a third party (Apple iTunes, Google Play, Amazon), go to point 4.
To link the Link you received from Sky to your DAZN account, please follow these instructions:
  • Go to the "My Account" area/section
  • Restore the automatic monthly renewal of your DAZN subscription
  • Wait 24 hours for the system to update
  • Open the Link you received from Sky
  • Log in again using the access details of your DAZN account
  • Confirm that you wish to change your method of payment and switch from the one you had originally chosen to the one you indicated at the time you adhered to the Sky-DAZN offer dedicated to Sky customers.
7) I used to have a DAZN subscription, but my account in no longer active
If your DAZN account is inactive, please follow these instructions:
  • Click on the Link you received from Sky
  • Log in using the access details of your DAZN account
  • Confirm that you wish to change your method of payment and switch from the one you had originally chosen to the one you indicated at the time you adhered to the Sky-DAZN offer dedicated to Sky customers.

    In addition to the satellite channel DAZN1, you may watch DAZN on 2 other devices at the same time and connect up to 6 devices to your account.

    What happens when my Sky subscription ends? (Back to top)
    Once your Sky subscription comes to an end, you will no longer be able to use the Sky-DAZN offer.
    To continue to use the autonomous and separate DAZN offer, owned and provided by DAZN Limited, without Sky's offer, reactivate your account on DAZN.it.
