1. ZONA DAZN Channel option (the “Option”) can be activated by users who have already subscribed or decide to subscribe to DAZN choosing either the "DAZN Standard" or "DAZN Plus" plan, as long as they have a Sky decoder and an active TV subscription or as long as they are tivùsat users with a certified tivùsat device, enabled to watch ZONA DAZN.
2. The Option allows users to access a linear channel on satellite (for Sky and tivùsat users) or digital terrestrial TV (for Sky only users) and watch the sports events and programmes broadcasted on the DAZN for Sky Channel (“Content”).
3. Depending on the plan chosen by the user, DAZN Standard Conditions of Use or DAZN Plus Conditions of Use, available at www.dazn.com/it-IT/help/articles/condizioni-contrattuali-di-utilizzo-new will apply, with the following integrations:
3.1 The user can choose to withdraw and cancel the selected Option in the MyAccount section “More on DAZN”, by clicking on “REMOVE”. Option deactivation will be effective at the end of the prepaid Option period. Users will be able to watch contents until that date.
3.2. If a DAZN Standard user activates the Option, the device from which they access the Content via the ZONA DAZN Channel will always be considered one of the six devices registered on their DAZN account. If the user already has six registered devices on their account, when they activate the Option, one of the registered devices will be removed.
While watching the Content via linear channel, the user will not be able to access DAZN services at the same time on a second device.
When watching the ZONA DAZN channel on a device connected to the Internet, the user will be able to access DAZN services at the same time on a second device when connected to the same home network (cable or Wi-Fi: fibre, xDSL; FWA).
A part from this case, the ZONA DAZN Channel can be watched only on one device.
3.3. If a DAZN Plus user activates the Option, the device from which they access the Content via the DAZN for Sky Channel will always be considered one of the seven devices registered on their DAZN account. If the user already has seven devices registered on their account, when they activate the Option one of the registered devices will be removed.
When watching the Content via linear channel, the user will be able to access DAZN PLUS services at the same time only from one of the other registered devices (a total of two devices at the same time, including the one from which they watch ZONA DAZN channel), even if it is not connected to the same home network (cable or Wi-Fi: fibre, xDSL; FWA).
3.4 When the Option is activated, both DAZN Standard and DAZN Plus plans always consider the device from which the ZONA DAZN Channel is watched as one of the devices registered on the user's DAZN account. While the Option is active, the user cannot replace this device with a different one.
3.5 The user who has access to the Option must be the same user who has access to the DAZN service. DAZN reserves the right to verify the above using the methods it deems appropriate.
