I was unable to receive a response to my inquiry

If you are registered with a mobile carrier (docomo, au, softbank) email address, you may not be able to receive any emails that come from DAZN. This includes password reset emails, response to your inquiries, and marketing emails. Please add the following email addresses to the accepted domain list.

Domain name:

@email.dazn.com
@dazn.com
@in.dazn.com

If you do not know how to add the domains, please contact your carrier for instructions.
If you still do not recieve any, please contact us by free mail address(yahoo, gmail or etc).
