Error code 11-064-011

You will receive this error message when your video is not available at the moment. Please go through the following troubleshooting steps: 

  1. Attempt to play another video and return to this one. 

  1. Check that you have a working internet connection. 

  1. Try restarting your modem and router. 

  1. Try using a different browser and/or device. 

  1. Try updating your browser, or the DAZN app. You can find links to update your browser on http://outdatedbrowser.com/en
