Error code 11-065-013

You will receive this error message when your video is not able to play at the moment. This could be the result of a poor network connection. Please go through the following troubleshooting steps: 

  1. Restart the DAZN app and try to play your video again. 

  1. Check that you have a working internet connection. 

  1. Try restarting your modem and router. 

  1. Try using a different browser and/or device.
