■ Please check our system requirements.
Windows 8.1, Windows 10, Mac OS X and above.

■ Try accessing DAZN through a different WiFi network. Try switching from cell network to WiFi or other WiFi connections.

■ Recommended Internet Connection speed.
・ 2.0 Mbps: recommended internet download speed for SD resolution (Standard Definition). This speed is ok for watching sport on the go on your mobile phone.
・ 3.5 Mbps: recommended internet download speed for HD resolution (High Definition). This speed is good for watching sport on your mobile phone.
 
・ 6.0 Mbps: recommended internet download speed for HD resolution and high frame rates. If you’re watching sport on your TV, this is the minimum internet download speed we recommend.
 
・ 8.0 Mbps: recommended internet download speed for HD resolution, the highest video quality and high frame rates.

■ Make sure there aren't too many tabs open or too many other applications running at once.

■ Restart your Internet browser.

■ Try using a different Internet browser.

■ Restart your device.

■ Try using a different device.

■ Delete your cookies and empty your cache.
 ※This is going to delete cookies and cache for all websites. Not only DAZN.

■ If you are using browsers(Chrome、Firefox、Safari etc..), we recommend you to update newest version.

■ Security software or firewall may be the reason why the video doesn't play. For more information on how edit the settings for these, please contact the security software company directly for support.

■ Plug the Ethernet cable directly to your computer.

■ Restart your wireless router and make sure there is nothing with the router itself.

■ Move your router near your device.

■ Check your settings if you are using VPN (Virtual Private Network).
