I am unable to watch content on my mobile device

Please follow the steps below in our recommended order.
 
We will not be responsible for any damages or harms done to your device upon following these steps.
 
Please note that video streaming is only available through the DAZN app. If you are trying to watch through a mobile Internet browser, please go to your app store and download DAZN.
 

Try playing a different event. There may be a specific issue with that stream
 
Make sure you are in WiFi range, try other websites and apps
 
Check the DAZN unsupported devices list here, as we are currently unable to support some mobile devices
 
Check the DAZN system requirements:
 ・iOS: 13.0 and above
 ・Android: 5.0 and above
 * There are some android devices that cannot stream DAZN videos due to the operating system.
 
Check for an update to the DAZN app in your app store
※New iOS app released on August 1st  2023 (v2.8.8) 
※New Android app released on August 1st 2023 (v2.12.8)
 
Check for a software update to your Operating System in your device Settings
 
Try accessing DAZN through a different network. Try switching from a cell network to WiFi (or other WiFi connections.)
 
Restart your device
 
Make sure your device time is set to Automatic. Manually changing the time can affect our playback security systems, but if you need to do so, please change the Time Zone, rather than the device time or date
 
Check if you have enough data to be streaming through your cell network
 
Re-install the application
 
Restart your Wi-Fi router
 
■ Move your router near your device

Check your IP address location is not based abroad. You can check where your IP address is logged via websites such as https://jp.piliapp.com/what-is-my/ip/
