How can I activate my free trial?

When you purchase a PPV event, you automatically qualify for your 8-day free trial. Simply enter your payment details during the sign-up process to activate the trial.

Note: While your 8-day trial is completely free, the PPV event requires a separate, one-off payment at checkout.

When does my 8-day free trial begin?

Your 8-day free trial begins immediately after your PPV purchase. During this period, you can explore all the features and regular subscription content available on DAZN without being charged a subscription fee.

What can I watch during my free trial?

You will have full access to the DAZN standard content library. This includes live sports, full event replays, on-demand content, documentaries, and exclusive programming. 

What if I did not cancel my free trial?

If you did not cancel within the 8-day trial period, your account will automatically be moved to a paid monthly subscription. The standard monthly subscription fee will be charged to the payment method you provided during sign-up.

How to cancel before my free trial ends?

If you cancel before the 8-day trial ends, no subscription charges will be applied. 

Here is how to cancel within your trial period:

  • Open the DAZN app and click the profile icon at the top right corner.
  • Go to My Account. 
  • Click on Subscription.
  • Scroll to the bottom of the page, click on Cancel subscription and click Continue.
  • Follow the on-screen cancellation instructions.

Note: Ensure you cancel before your 8-day trial period ends to avoid automatically being moved to a paid subscription. 

If you signed up using a third-party billing provider (like Apple, Google, or Amazon), you will need to cancel your subscription directly through them.

How to cancel after my free trial ends?

If you do not cancel before your 8-day free trial ends, you will be charged the monthly subscription fee.

DAZN requires 30 days' notice for cancellations, so after you cancel, you will continue to have access until the end of your 30-day notice period.
