At DAZN, we offer our new customers the opportunity to explore our platform with a 7-day free trial when purchasing a Pay-Per-View (PPV) event. 

Here's how it works:

  1. Activate your free trial:
    • When you purchase a PPV event, you automatically qualify for a 7-day free trial with DAZN.
    • Enter your payment details during the sign-up process to activate the trail.
  2. Trial period:
    • Your 7-day free trial begins immediately after your PPV purchase.
    • During this period, you can explore all the features and content available on DAZN without being charged.
  3. Rolling to a paid subscription:
    • If you do not cancel within the 7-day trial period, your account will automatically roll into a paid monthly subscription.
    • The subscription fee will be charged to the payment method you provided during sign-up.

What can I watch in my Free Trial?

You will have full access to all DAZN content, including live sports, on-demand content, documentaries, and exclusive programming. To watch something you like, just click on the tile and enjoy.

What if I no longer want the Free Trial?

If you decide DAZN isn’t for you, you can cancel your free trial anytime within the 7-day period to avoid being charged. Here’s how:

Before the trial ends

  • Cancel by navigating to ‘DAZN Subscription’ in ‘My Account’ and follow the on-screen cancellation instructions.
  • You can also reach out to DAZN Support here and request cancellation.  

Important: Ensure you cancel before the trial period ends to avoid rolling into a paid subscription.

After the trial ends (Paid Subscription)

If you’ve rolled into the paid subscription and decide to cancel:

  •  Log in to your account, visit ‘DAZN Subscription’ in "My Account" and follow the on-screen cancellation process.

Important: DAZN requires 30 days' notice for cancellations. Your subscription will stay active until the end of this period.

Will I get charged?

  • Within the 7-Day Free Trial:
    • No charges will be applied if you cancel before the trial ends.
  • After the Free Trial:
    • If you do not cancel, the monthly subscription fee will be charged to your payment method.
    • Cancellations during the paid subscription period will stop further charges after the 30-day notice period.
