What should I do if I have received an email from DAZN about my MSG+ subscription?

If you have an active MSG+ monthly or annual subscription, your subscription has moved to DAZN and is no longer accessible on the Gotham Sports App.

To access your subscription, follow the steps below:

  • Open the email sent by DAZN.
  • Follow the instructions to create your DAZN password.
  • Sign in to DAZN using the email address associated with your MSG+ subscription.

If you did not receive the email or cannot find it in the spam or junk folder, sign in to DAZN using the email address associated with your MSG+ subscription, then follow the on-screen instructions to set up or reset your password.

What should I do if I have a YES Network or Gotham Bundle subscription?

No action is required at this time. You can continue using your subscription through Gotham Sports. We will contact you before your subscription becomes available on DAZN and provide instructions on any steps you need to take.

You will continue to have access to the content included with your subscription, including live games, highlights, replays, and available on-demand content.

Will my access continue if I have already paid?

Yes. The remainder of your current billing period will be honoured on DAZN, and you will have uninterrupted access. Direct subscriptions, such as credit card or PayPal, will continue on an ongoing basis unless cancelled.

Subscriptions billed through third-party app stores, such as Apple or Google Play, will remain active for the remainder of the current billing cycle. After this, you will need to enter your payment information to maintain access.

Can I authenticate using my Pay TV subscription?

Yes. The majority of pay TV providers are available for authentication on DAZN. Certain providers are not available at launch and will be added in the coming weeks.  For example, Spectrum TV authentication is not currently available. If you authenticate through Spectrum, continue accessing content through the Gotham Sports app until support becomes available on DAZN. Click here to sign in with your TV provider.

What happens if I access MSG+ or YES Network through Amazon Channels?
