I’ve paid for the PPV, but I think I’ve been charged more than once. Can you help?

If you have paid for the PPV but notice more than one payment in your banking app, please be assured that these are pending payments. You will only be charged once for the PPV.

Pending payments are usually removed from your statement within 24 hours, depending on your bank.

I’ve paid for the event, but it says I need to buy again. Can you help?

If you see a pending payment in your banking app after attempting to purchase an event, but you're still being asked to pay again, it means something went wrong during the checkout process.

Please try to buy the event again using an alternative payment method.

I’d like to cancel my subscription but not sure how. Can you help?

Cancelling your subscription means you will miss out on 185+ fights a year from the best promoters including Matchroom, Golden Boy, Queensberry, Misfits, PFL, BKFC, and more.

To cancel your subscription, click here. Alternatively, you can:

  • Open the DAZN app.
  • Select 'See Plan Details.'
  • Click the 'Manage Subscription' dropdown arrow.
  • Follow the on-screen instructions.

I’ve noticed a payment to DAZN but not sure why. Can you help?

There could be a couple of reasons, most likely related to the type of subscription you have:

  • Monthly Flexible Pass: This plan has a 30-day cancellation period. If you’ve recently cancelled, you may still see a pro-rata charge, which is usually lower than your regular payment.

  • Annual – Pay Monthly: This is a 12-month contract. Subscription payments are taken on the same day each month until your renewal date.

    You can stop your renewal at any time by clicking here, selecting 'See Plan Details', then choosing the 'Manage Subscription' dropdown arrow and following the instructions.

I don’t need a 7-Day Free Trial or subscription; I just wanted the PPV event. Can you help?

To purchase a PPV event on DAZN, a subscription is required. We offer a variety of plans to suit your needs for flexibility and value.

We broadcast some of the world's biggest PPV events, and we understand that some customers prefer to explore the app before committing. That’s why we sometimes offer a 7-Day Free Trial with PPV purchases.

However, PPV events are priced individually to provide exclusive access to premium content.
