Bills survive late Chiefs rally: NFL Week 9 Late Game Roundup
The late slate of games in Week 9 didn't disappoint, which you can watch with NFL Game Pass on DAZN (excl. US and China).
On top of the marquee were perennial AFC powerhouses in the Kansas City Chiefs and Buffalo Bills. Unlike last season's AFC Championship Game, in which the Chiefs came out on top, the Bills (6-2) flipped the script and held off a late rally by Patrick Mahomes to win 28-21.
The Chiefs made it 28-21 after a two-yard touchdown by Kareem Hunt followed by a two-point conversion from Mahomes to Travis Kelce. Mahomes had one more shot after Bills kicker Matt Prater missed a 52-yard field goal.
The Chiefs had 22 seconds to go 58 yards. After an 18-yard pass to Xavier Worthy, the Chiefs (5-4) had three incompletions, including two Hail Mary attempts to end the game.
