On Saturday, Jan. 31, from Madison Square Garden, the Ring VI takes place live on DAZN PPV with Teofimo Lopez putting the Ring Magazine and WBO junior welterweight titles against current WBC lightweight titlist Shakur Stevenson.
On Friday, the undercard was revealed, and it is a loaded one with the return of Keyshawn Davis, two world title fights, and Jarrell "Big Baby" Miller in heavyweight action.
Fighting in the co-main event, Davis (13-0, 9 KOs) takes on Jamaine Ortiz in junior lightweight action. Davis, making his debut at 140 pounds, hasn't fought since February when he notched a fourth-round knockout of Denys Berinchyk.
Ortiz (20-2-1, 10 KOs) last competed in August, stopping Ambiorix Bautista in the third round, and looks for the biggest win on his resume to date. The veteran's two losses came to Lopez and Vasiliy Lomachenko.
In the first of two championship bouts, Carlos Adames (24-1-1, 16 KOs) puts his WBC middleweight title at stake against top contender Austin "Ammo" Williams (19-1, 13 KOs). Adames last stepped in the ring in February, going to a controversial split draw with Hamzah Sheeraz. Williams earned the crack at the belt after a ninth-round TKO win against Ivan Vasquez.
The title fight has Bruce ‘Shu Shu’ Carrington (16-0, 9 KOs) defending the WBC featherweight strap against Carlos Castro (30-3-0, 14 KOs). Carrington returns for the first time since July, defeating Mateus Heita by unanimous decision. Castro steps into the ring for the first time since losing in September by split decision to former world champion Stephen Fulton.
It will be the first time Miller (26-1-2, 22 KOs) competes since a majority draw with Andy Ruiz in August 2024, where many felt "Big Baby" had done more than enough to get the victory. The 37-year-old had been set to face Fabio Wardley in April but was forced to bow out due to injury.
DAZN's Ultimate Tier subscription package includes a minimum of 12 PPVs a year, on top of the regular 185 fight nights offering.
Therefore, signing up to DAZN Ultimate Tier would include Ring 6: Teofimo Lopez vs. Shakur Stevenson PPVs. This means you would not need to purchase this PPV individually at an extra cost.
Better still, more DAZN PPV events for the start of 2026 are expected to be revealed soon, which would also be included in the DAZN Ultimate Tier.
U.S. customers can sign up for Ultimate Tier now for $44.99 per month. UK customers can subscribe for 24.99 per month.
Based on buying 12 PPVs per year, having an Ultimate Tier subscription instead can save $535 / £320 a year in the US alone**.
**Savings calculated by comparing 12 months of DAZN Monthly Flex plus 12 pay-per-view events per year against 12 months of DAZN Ultimate at launch price.
