Chris Eubank Jr and Conor Benn are just hours away from making history when they meet tonight live on DAZN Pay-Per-View.
The middleweight grudge match headlines a thrilling card at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, The Ring's Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves, as they look to settle their grievances.
Throughout the build-up, Eubank Jr has notably been without his father Chris Eubank Sr at his side, unlike Benn who has been accompanied by own dad Nigel.
The two men famously fought twice over three decades ago, with their sons now carrying on their legacy, though one appears closer to the action than the other.
So, does Chris Eubank Sr train his son for his fights, and what role has he played in his career? DAZN News has all the information you need to know.
Chris Eubank Jr is not trained by his father, but for much of his career, the former was guided by the latter as he stepped onto the scene and followed his footsteps.
The elder Eubank was a key part of his son's training team for several years, without always being his sole mentor, up until 2019 when the pair became estranged.
The pair have spoken infrequently since, though they have been in touch ahead of his fight with Benn, namely discussing Eubank Jr's now-infamous "egg slap".
Eubank Jr is currently trained by former IBF cruiserweight title challenger Johnathon Banks, who took charge of the star last year before his return to the ring.
The latter has trained several major names in the sport, including Wladimir Klitschko, Dillian Whyte and Gennady Golovkin over the course of his post-fight career.
Eubank Jr will be hopeful he can steer him to a victory over Benn after he helped him secure a handy victory over Kamil Szeremeta last October.
