The British fighter had his say.

Frazer Clarke has commented on the canvas being used in the open workout for Tyson Fury vs. Oleksandr Usyk.

Reports from Sky Sports suggested that Usyk’s team have complained about the seam holding parts of the canvas together, and whether they may present a trip hazard.

Fury and Usyk are preparing to meet on Saturday, May 18 live on DAZN PPV.

The winner will be crowned the first undisputed heavyweight champion of the four-belt era.

British heavyweight Frazer Clarke gave his thoughts on the development.

"I'm really intrigued, I was in that ring last night before anybody got in there and didn't notice anything," he told Sky Sports.

"Of course like every boxer, I was in the ring and did a bit of shadow boxing and didn't notice anything. I'm really intrigued as to what it is all about.

"Could it be mind games? Possibly, but I doubt it. We're in neutral territory here, there's no advantage for Tyson or for Usyk."
