Deontay Wilder is back in action tonight when he takes on Tyrrell Anthony Herndon in Wichita, Kansas.
Despite a recent two-fight losing streak, the former WBC world heavyweight champion is still a name that draws attention.
This heightened interest is likely to have been caused by Wilder's first fight with Tyson Fury in 2021. On that December night in Los Angeles, Wilder was coming up against a Fury on the comeback trail after a long absence from the sport which saw him balloon up in weight.
What transpired was a heavyweight contest which has gone down as one of the greats, with Fury being able to rise off the canvas after being knocked down in rounds nine and 12.
In the end, the contest was ruled a draw, and it marked the start of a great boxing trilogy.
